S.H.E. Week Workbook
Working alongside dedicated committee members, I contributed to S.H.E. Week, an annual conference series designed to empower women in Frederick County through workshops, networking opportunities, and professional development activities. My role focused on creating comprehensive design materials that would enhance the attendee experience and extend the event's impact beyond the conference days.
Building on the established S.H.E. Week visual identity created by Octavo Designs, I developed a 30+-page interactive workbook that served as both a program guide and a lasting resource for participants. The workbook seamlessly integrated with the event schedule while providing space for personal reflection, note-taking, and continued engagement with the content and connections made during the conference.
Design Responsibilities:
- Extended existing brand identity across all workbook materials
- Designed layout and typography for 30+ page interactive PDF
- Created fillable text areas for participant engagement and note-taking
- Implemented anchor link navigation system for easy content access
- Integrated external resource links for continued learning
- Highlighted event programming, featured speakers, sponsors, and committee members
